Speaker | Actress & Creator | Mental Health Advocate

Juliet Angelique Bodley — known to millions as Julie Mango — is a Jamaican-born speaker, actress, writer, and award-winning digital creator redefining what modern storytelling looks like. With over 200 original characters under her belt and a global online audience, she blends humour, culture, and raw humanity into messages that heal, inspire, and ignite transformation.

A licensed private pilot by age 19, Juliet also holds a Bachelor’s in Structural Engineering and a Master’s in Engineering Management. Before her creative career took center stage, she worked in bauxite mining, government, and military environments, where she learned disciplined problem-solving, systems thinking, and leadership under pressure. Today, those same skills shape her work as a powerful keynote speaker — delivering messages marked by clarity, emotional intelligence, and unmistakable authenticity.

Julie has spoken on the TEDx stage, sharing her journey of resilience, identity, and reinvention. She is also the creator and star of the hit YouTube series Family Reunion, where she plays every character in Eddie Murphy fashion, and the creative force behind Big Forin’, a multicultural sitcom exploring the immigrant experience. Her dramatic range extends into film, including the indie production Unalive, where she plays the haunting role of Nana.

Her honours include:
Comedian of the Year – IRAWMA, 2023
Best Jamaican Social Media Personality – Jamaicans.com (2021–2024)
Daughter of the Soil Award – Jamaica Independence Foundation
Proclamations from Congresswoman Yvette D. Clarke and Senator Kevin S. Parker
• Former Social Media Ambassador for Jamaica’s 2022 Diamond Jubilee

Julie is also a Duke of Edinburgh Award of Excellence recipient, a former ground school instructor, and a mental health advocate who openly shares her lived experience with Borderline Personality Disorder — transforming personal adversity into purpose-driven impact.

Whether she is captivating audiences on stage, building worlds on screen, or empowering communities through her words, Julie Mango has become more than a creator.
She is a voice, a storyteller, and a movement.
